The Portland Public School District is returning some schools to in-person learning, while extending the time some schools are using remote learning, because of the spike in COVID-19 cases.
Six schools will return to in-person learning next week as COVID-related absences subside. Three schools have extended temporary distance learning through Feb. 1.
Portland Public Schools (PPS) announced today that Alliance High School at Meek, Faubion PK-8 School, Franklin High School, Ockley Green Middle School and Roosevelt High School will return to in-person instruction on Mon., Jan. 24.
