A man opened fire at a convenience store in Lehigh County on Wednesday morning, killing one person and injuring another before taking his own life, officials said.District Attorney James Martin said the gunman had first shot at a car on a highway several miles away. The woman in the car wasn t hurt and told authorities she didn t realize her vehicle had been hit until she stopped at a Wawa in Upper Macungie Township, outside Allentown.Martin said the shooter had driven to the same store, where he shot and wounded a man in a Jeep in the parking lot.The gunman then fatally shot a truck driver who was pumping gas. The coroner said the victim was Ramon Ramirez, 31, of Allentown.The shooter fled on foot and took his own life, Martin said.
