CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A driver has been arrested in connection with a January crash in Walnut Hills that killed a 5-year-old girl, court documents say.
Tenisha Railey, 29, is in jail on one count of vehicular homicide and three counts of vehicular manslaughter. A 30-year-old Evanston woman has been charged with causing the death of a 5-year-old girl after a head-on crash of two cars more than three months ago in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Walnut Hills, according to court documents.
Allena Edwards died at Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center two days after the Jan. 28 crash. She was a passenger in the other car that was struck in the 3000 block of Gilbert Avenue.
Railey was charged Thursday in Hamilton County Municipal Court with vehicular homicide and three counts of vehicular manslaughter. Court documents accuse Railey of crossing the center line and striking another car head-on.
