BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing the Erie County Sheriff for allegedly failing to address and report sexual misconduct in correctional facilities.

Deputies said a bullet entered a residence where multiple individuals, including a 13-year-old victim, lived. Deputies determined debris from the bullet that entered the residence struck the 13-year-old victim.
18-year-old Allen Riley, was arrested on Feb. 26 for a felony count of assault with a firearm on a person, according to BCSO. 20-year-old Trey Lee, was arrested on Feb. 26 for a felony count of carrying a loaded firearm not registered to him in public.
Detectives said Lee and a group showed up in front of Riley’s home on the evening of Feb. 23. Both Lee and Riley shot at each other, and Lee’s bullet entered the residence of the 13-year-old victim.
