Last evening Rev G. Edgar Wolfe and Mr. Allen Fitch were guests at supper, at the State YMCA Boys Summer Camp at Winthrop Center where Mr. Mitch’s son was one of the campers. As a part of the evening’s program Dr. Wolfe gave a talk to the boys.

What’s so unusual about three couples taking their summer vacation together? The matter becomes unique when the six persons are all residents of Hawaii and decide they want to spend their vacation together in Auburn, Maine. Two of the couples have Maine ties and the third are native Hawaiians. The vacationers are Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Burgess, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Edward Spooner, and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Figueroa. Mr. Burgess is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Burgess, Sr. Mr. Spooner is the son of Mrs. Phylis Spooner, all of East Auburn.
