Farrakahn Mitchell, 17, was ordered to begin serving a 10-year sentence in adult prison following a hearing Friday in Allen County Common Pleas Court. He was sentenced in October on an amended charge of robbery, a second-degree felony that included a firearm specification.

LIMA A Lima juvenile sentenced earlier this year as an adult to 10 years in prison for taking part in an armed robbery was back in court Friday morning to remedy a judicial oversight.
Farrakahn Mitchell, 17, was sentenced on Oct. 2 by Allen County Common Pleas Court Judge Terri Kohlrieser to a minimum prison term of seven years on an amended count of robbery, a second-degree felony. The sentenced included an additional three-year mandatory prison term for the possession of a firearm during the commission of the crime.
