PRESTO TOWNSHIP (KDKA) Former Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Stephen A. Zappala Sr. passed away on Friday.
“I was saddened to hear of the death of former Chief Justice Stephen A. Zappala Sr. His distinguished legal career, and interest in public service, benefitted our community.
