LISBON An East Liverpool man who had broken into an elementary school pleaded guilty to the charges he was facing and was sentenced this week in Common Pleas Court.
Justin B. Schroeder, 34, Zenith Court, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, three counts of receiving stolen property, two fourth-degree felonies and one a fifth-degree felony; and a misdemeanor petty theft charge.
Schroeder requested immediate sentencing and was sentenced serve 180 days in jail with credit for 112 days already served and then placed on four years of probation.
On Oct. 23, Schroeder broke into North Elementary School in East Liverpool, taking multiple items including clothing, food and supplies.

Additionally, he had in his possession a stolen 2015 Kia Optima belonging to Kimberly Paul, a Heckler and Koch 9-millimeter pistol and a license plate belonging to the Allegheny County Port Authority.
