KELLY: THIS HAPPENED AROUND 1:00 IN THE CITY’S EAST ALLEGHENY NEIGHBORHOOD. OFFICERS WERE THERE PATROLLING WHEN THEY HEARD GUNSHOTS IN THE AREA OF CEDAR AVENUE AND AVERY STREET. POLICE FOUND A MAN SHOT IN THE LEG. THE VICTIM’S CAR WAS FOUND IN THE GIANT EAGLE PARKING LOT NEARBY.
