Three people have been arrested in connection with a pair of shots fired incidents in Fall River over this past weekend, and a fourth suspect remains at large.
A Norwood fugitive suspected of hitting someone with a pistol and then firing at the alleged victim in Fall River on Wednesday night has been captured.
