Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. celebrated the chartering of the new Tau Beta Lambda Chapter in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, earlier this month. The goal is to inspire lasting change in the country, which is subject to environmental disasters and political crises.
