We have a unusually bright group of scholars to talk about the changes to come in the terms ahead. Comparable numbers this many days before the november election was 649,000. 168,000 people have voted by mail thus far that voted in the general election, thats about 25 less. Thats bad news for the democrats. The population is about 20 plus, 22 them. It was 24 at this time in the fall so there are fewer voters voting by mail compare
