If there’s one celebration that I look forward to most every year, it’s Greek Easter.
For my family, Greek Easter is
the annual event of the year, far bigger than Christmas. It’s the only occasion where you’ll find every single family member in one place (which, trust me, is an achievement in itself). And it’s also the only time of the year where we will happily put any differences aside and partake in what can only be described as the world’s most chaotic buffet.
And no, before you ask, it doesn’t involve smashing plates…
