Aryanna “Pinky” Briddell, a Sussex Central senior softball athlete who plays first base for the Golden Knights, has signed a letter of intent to attend Shippensburg University of the Division II Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. The Raiders are coached by Alison Van Scyoc. Shippensburg has 7,000 undergraduate students and is located in south central Pennsylvania off I-81.
“I play catcher for my travel team, East Coast Elite, and that’s the position I will likely play in college,” Briddell said.
