Hilgay resident Jonathan Cooper was enraged by Mark Diamond’s comment to Cooper’s adult daughter and grabbed a staircase spindle before going to confront him. Lynn Magistrates’ Court heard yesterday that they swapped punches and each of them was hit with the spindle as the fight played out in front of fellow neighbours in Foresters Avenue. Chloe Kirk admitted four counts of fraud by false representation when she took out and used a Misguided credit account and credit cards issued by Argos, Ocean and Very. All of the offences happened between December 1, 2019 and May 11, 2020. King s Lynn Magistrates Court (44075079) The 25-year-old, of Castle Close, Reffley, pleaded guilty to the charges when she appeared before town magistrates on Thursday. Ronnie Lee Dunne. 23, was told that he had narrowly avoided immediate custody for the offences, some of which had been committed while on police bail. Dunne, of Archdale Street, had pleaded guilty to harassment without violence to his ex-partner between September 16 and November 11 last year, at earlier hearings.
