Amidst the darkness of 2020, the world celebrated the work of women that challenged our institutions; Jacinda Ardern, Greta Thunberg, Kamala Harris, and the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg; to name a few.
As a young woman committed to gender equality, these women inspire me to reach higher. But recently, I’ve realized that there is just as much power in looking at our feet. It is our roots – our family – that can serve as one of our deepest sources of strength.

Sikiti Ledua of Cunningham says she plans to put smiles on the faces of her parents and siblings after she received $5,000 cash today from the major draw of Crest and RB Xmas Promotion.
The 26-year-old is the first prize winner while the second prize winner, Alisi Rabukawaqa took home $3,000 and Bimal Kumar of Lautoka took home $2,000 as the third prize winner.
She says her family home was partially damaged during TC Yasa in Moce Island in Lau.
