Speaking to Property Watch at the sidelines of the 4thAnnual National Multi-sectoral Forum dialogue on water resources management held in Dar es Salaam last week, Plasco Limited’s Chief Operating Officer, Alimiya Osman said the government has not adequately invested in sewage management hence causing a challenge of waste water disposal in big cities.
