The driver of a Chevy Malibu that crossed the center line was impaired at the time of the crash that killed a 6-year-old girl and seriously injured two others, police said.

Three Tarring pupils organised a litter pick on Worthing beach, with the help of their parents and friends.

All manner of items, from dog poo bags to bottle tops, were collected and binned in very blustery conditions on Saturday.
