Three men have been arrested in Nanaimo following a violent home invasion early Saturday which RCMP say targeted the wrong address.Alicia Appleton, her boyfriend and another roommate awakened to a loud crash in their apartment on Uplands Drive.The 30-year-old woman ran to the dining room and saw three men and thought they were there to steal the household belongings. They had removed the window screen and entered through the window.Appleton told CHEK News that she demanded to know what the men were doing in her home and one of them lunged at her and struck her three times in the face.I cant believe it, Ive never hurt anybody in my life, Appleton told CHEK following the assault.I cant believe a guy would hit a woman, especially one he didnt even know.She and her two roommates chased the assailants down the apartment building stairs.
