Regarding “Like losing Fisherman’s Wharf’ S.F. diners bemoan loss of Cliff House, though not its food” (Dec. 14): I was in tears at the news that the Cliff House restaurant is closing. But I was furious at the National Park Service claims that a restaurant could not be useful in that location. The Cliff House has been serving fine food for 157 years.
