Finally some closure after a tragic crash. Polk deputies say theyve arrested the driver who took off. After hitting and killing a woman in lake wales and badly injuring a deputy. Charlie lewis will appear in court this afternoon. Sheriff grady judd says the 71yearold confessed to deputies he had been drinking at a party before the crash. Now judd says it could put him in jail for the rest of his life. Saturday mornings crash killed 33yearold jessica enchauteguiotero. Sheriffs Deputy Adam Pennell was severely injured. Jessica flagged down the deputy after crashing her car on state road 60. Thats when Officials Say lewis drove his blue ford f150 into them and kept going. An anonymous crimestoppers tip led them to lewis truck. He was arrested yesterday afternoon on his street. Just minutes from lewis will appear before a judge at 1 this afternoon.
