Doctor, three technicians remanded for ‘raping woman’

KARACHI:
A woman admitted to a private medical centre for a leg surgery in Larkana was allegedly subjected to gang rape on Friday.
The police produced three of the four accused persons, who were rounded up on Friday night, before a judicial magistrate on Saturday and obtained their five-day physical remand for interrogation.
The woman, G , accused a doctor and three technicians of raping her after making her unconscious in the operation theater (OT).
According to the police, she said she regained consciousness during the act and began shouting, after which other staff entered the OT.
