Vacancy file not dealt with by any minister who preceded Dr Rana KUWAIT CITY, Jan 16: Informed sources in the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) expressed their disappointment about the delay in resolving the problem of vacant leadership and supervisory positions in the ministry, some of which have been passing from one minister to another during the past years, reports Al-Qabas daily. They explained that they hope the Minister of Public Works, and State Minister for Municipal Affairs Dr Rana Al-Faris will deal with the vacancy file quickly in the coming period, as it was not dealt with by any minister who preceded her since the era of Minister Abdulaziz Al- Ibrahim, who left the ministry in March 2015 after the end of his second term that began in April 2013.
