A number of states, including Edo, Osun, Bauchi, Oyo, Zamfara and Cross River have expressed frustration at the poor compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols by their people.

Be wary of COVID-19 second wave – Oyetola warns residents

Governor Gboyega Oyetola has admonished citizens and residents not to compromise the safety protocols and guidelines put in place by government and health authorities against the spread of the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic.
Oyetola called on the residents to be wary of the adverse effects of the second wave of the deadly virus which he said had caused untimely deaths across the globe.
He said this on Saturday while addressing invitees at the special prayer session organised to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his late mother’s death in Iragbiji, Osun State.
