They are locating the pipe via the valve rather and just trying to get to the valve so they can shut off the water. Of course they have to dig through all the snow and ice that is covering the valve. But in the meantime, yeah, sheet of ice here on river road. And you can see the trickle of water that is now coming down flowing down wilson lane and pooling on to river road. So your outbound lane of river road covered in ice and slush and periodically, were seeing a salt truck which is on standby periodically that salt truck will come out into the lane and treat the roads.
