The 2023 Minnesota Harness Racing divisional award winners have been announced ahead of the MHRI Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet. The celebration of the 2023 season will take place on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Running Aces Casino Hotel and Racetrack in Columbus.
Iron Sharpens Iron posted another dominating performance at Running Aces on Sunday night (Sept. 10) to register his seventh win of the season in the $22,000 Minnesota-sired sophomore trot.

Harness racing driver Lemoyne ‘Mooney’ Svendsen earned his 4,000th career victory on Sunday, June 4 at Running Aces. The big milestone was achieved in race 10 when he delivered a big performance with the race favourite, Dance Traveler ($5.40), for a new career mark in 1:53.1.
Iron Sharpens Iron was as sharp as ever on Sunday (May 28) and easily dominated the first Minnesota-sired trotting event of the season at Running Aces. He was sent off as the 1-10 favourite in the $22,000 event.
