scandal at sea. new developments in the controversy over explicit videos produced by a navy commander. hello again we begin with breaking news this noon. the captain of an aircraft carrier and naval academy captain will be relieved of his duties. mike schuh is live. reporter: captain owen honors came under controversy. defense officials say that honors will be relieved of his command sometime this afternoon. dozens of current and former soldiers are backing honors saying that the videos gave them much needed moral. thank you very much. honors graduated from annapolis and is a certified top gun pilot. back here, crews have intensified their search of a teenager who vanished while visiting family for the holidays. mike hellgren has the story. reporter: wjz has now learned that police has issued a search warrant for her aunt s home where she was staying. felicia barnes has been missing for a week. and police now believe foul play is to blame. she disappeared last tuesd
investigation. last year 20 firefighter racked up more than a million dollars in overtime with the d.c. fire department. we found one person, a commanding officer, who earned overtime nearly every pay period in the last two years. we re talking nearly $100,000 in overtime for each of those years. at times lieutenant richard lehan has racked up 90 hours of overtime when others are getting very little. [ sirens ] reporter: at engine 30 in northeast it s a group of hard working firefighters like any firehouse. however, there is one d.c. firefighter here who is making much more than his counterparts. these documents obtained by fox 5 show since 2008 one name has stood out as one of the top overtime earners in the department, lieutenant richard lehan. according to payroll records, lehan has worked nearly 2,500 hours in overtime since 2009. it shows month after month lehan is racking up the overtime averaging 45 hours of o.t. per pay period. that matters because department poli
