Popes big outdoor mass wednesday at the basilica. Theyre holding off on installing a life size crucifix that will hang above the holy father. Is it going to be ready . By all accounts they are going to be ready. The crucifix borrowed from the chapel of Little Sisters of the poor a few blocks from here, its supposed to hang almost like magic on the other side of the basilica. They were going to install it today but because of this weather theyve decided to hold off until tomorrow. It was really incredible. We had a few technical difficulties.
