Weston s Art & Innovation Center is offering three talks from the point of view of the artist, the audience and the collector. Facilitated by artist Linda Bond, each month’s event will focus on the perspective of one of these groups. Thursday, March 18 at 7 p.m.: Interdisciplinary artist Yu-Wen Wu will focus her attention on displacement, immigration and assimilation. Join us for an evening with the artist to discuss her practice and the impact that migration, with its many challenges, has on marginalized communities. The talk will include images of her work and an excerpt from the video Tell Me, an element of the progressive exhibit Leavings/Belongings currently at SITE Santa Fe.
