I dont have any major problems to talk about so far. We did have an issue here in the dublin area. Westbound 580 connector to 680 was closed, initially they thought for about three hours this morning. They got it down to 30 minutes. They were doing repairs on an attenuator in the area. They got it wrapped up about 15 minutes ago. For a short time, we had a backup, but things have cleared out. Mass transit off to a much better start than yesterday, too. Its winds have decreased a little to 180 Miles Per Hour but they can be felt as far as 50 miles from the center of the storm. And new video shows what irma did to antigua knocking down trees, blocking roads. But some 30 miles away on barbuda an official calls it absolute devastation. Cell phone towers were snapped in half.
