Marcin Tybura had a phenomenal 2020 and is looking to build off of that on Saturday.
After being TKO’d by Shamil Abdurakhimov in April of 2019, he returned in September of that year and was knocked out in just 59 seconds by Augusto Sakai. After the losses, he had a new mindset for fighting and went 4-0 in 2020 with wins over Sergey Spivak, Maxim Grishin, Ben Rothwell, and a TKO win over Greg Hardy.
Tybura was then set to face Blagoy Ivanov at UFC 260 but Ivanov was forced out of the bout due to an injury. After the promotion couldn’t get a replacement opponent, he was booked to face Walt Harris in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 28 on June 5 which he’s excited about.

You picked the wrong guy to steal from.
UFC star Derrick Lewis says he knocked out a would-be car thief after he noticed the man trying to break into his SUV outside his home in Texas.
The 120kg, 190cm heavyweight posted about the incident on social media, uploading a photo to Instagram of the alleged thief being taken away by Houston police with the caption: Mofo pick right/wrong car to break into. HE S OK.
“When one door closes another one opens,” Maurice Greene said via his Instagram account. “I have had ups and downs with the #ufc and today that relationship comes to an end. Look at the bright side I’m still in the best shape of my life. I’m physically and mentally #stronger than ever and the next chapter I am excited for. This game is unforgiving but hey I’m down for the challenge of making my name with a new promotion or the road back. The best is yet to come #TheCrochetBoss ”
“The Crochet Boss” joined the UFC in November 2018 as part of The Ultimate Fighter season 28. He would rattle off three straight victories in the promotion before suffering a TKO loss to Sergei Pavlovich. With a number next to his name at that point, Greene then took on the ever-experienced Alexey Oleynik which resulted in another loss – this time by second-round armbar.
