water is starting to rise. they moved south toward louisiana. mississippi won t crest there for at least two more weeks. again, this is just one of a number of places bracing right now but it s a slow moving as i bring in alexandria steele. we call this a slow moving disaster. not often you get two weeks notice that this is coming. it s just a wall of water pushing southward. i heard someone ask the day, what can you do to prevent it? there s nothing you can do. you can t suck this water up. unfortunately we re only going to make it just a little worse. we ll talk about this flooding in the lower mississippi valley and of most imminent concern, memphis. i ll show you why. you can see these are where the floodwaters are meaning flooding is happening or is imminent. most imminent you can see memphis and four days from now it s expected to crest. cresting about and moving about a foot a day all of the way down
