During the month of January, the All Saints Greek Orthodox Philotochos Society sponsored a coat drive to benefit the Salvation Army. New or mildly worn coats and jackets of all sizes were collected at the church along with new outerwear such as gloves, hats, scarves and boots. The clothes have been delivered weekly to the Salvation Army. The coat drive is continuing through February, “helping many get through these severe winter temperatures,” a Philoptochos spokesperson noted.
