Doctors, staff, and patients were evacuated minutes after the 911 call of the shooting on the second floor of this building. A tactical offer swooped in and swept the building finding no evidence of a victim or suspect. Police say a doctor came across a man holding a gun in the hallway about 1 30 p. M. The doctor apparently did not recognize the gunman. There was no interaction between the doctor and the suspect save for the doctor turning and running once he saw a man holding a handgun.
