The Gellért Hotel, owned by BDPST Group, will undergo a complete renovation in 2024, in line with heritage preservation standards, and is expected to reopen in 2027 as the first Mandarin Oriental hotel in Hungary, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
