This report was put out in 2012 and its been a while and about San Francisco arrest stats i wanted us as a commission to hear the information and provide feedback as we have done tonight. To my understanding they held a long hearing on this issue and the chief was in attendance. It was a joint hearing with the Police Commission. There was a specific meeting about this specific report that was last year. Human Rights Commission had a meeting on the human impact of drugs. And i was there. You were there, yes. Because that is happening and another commission and affects our work thats i didnt wanted us to look at this report and give the chief a chance to respond and make the points you have made and thank you for that and i think the broader context

I had a federal judge tell me and guy had 2kilos of cocaine and its a victimless crime and go into an area and tell the family that, and the person that over doses and the cost on society and look at it from a statistical perspective and i love what jjcj is doing. Youre young and interested in the community and dont lose that and lets get the statistics tighter. And i prosecuted homicides and every one of them was drug related. Tending to his garden about 10 30 yesterday morning. There was police all over the place and an officer said, can i come in, so i opened the gate. Police say it all started when a 13yearold girl was babysitting her 8yearold brother on papaya street and heard a noise. She saw a reflection of a mail figure and heard some kind of ransacking in the garage area. At that point she grabbed he little brother and went to the back bedroom. The girl called her mom who called 911. Police tells us officers responded within seconds in time to see two suspects leaving. They managed to track down and arrest 22yearold brathweat. Several officers were staked out for more than an hour. I will try my best and help the police. While they would have preferred the 13yearold to call them first, she made a brave splitsecond decision. The mother rushed home and gave her kids a big hug. Im proud of her. She took care of her mother reporter and she tells us it doesnt look like the burglars got past the garage and
