The site plan and subdivision for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, a car wash facility, has received Willmar Planning Commission and Willmar City Council approval. The facility is to be constructed in front of the former Kandi Entertainment Center at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Fifth Street Southeast.
