Go Wild for Jeopar-Ding tickets selling quickly

The “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society-Friends of the Refuge pre-recorded Go Wild for Jeopar-Ding in a professional studio.
This year, in the spirit of creativity and accessibility, the “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society-Friends of the Refuge is reinventing the ninth annual Go Wild for “Ding” fundraiser in an original virtual format.
A playful rendition of everyone’s favorite longtime TV game show, classic “Jeopardy,” Go Wild for Jeopar-Ding will take place on March 31 at 6 p.m. It brings hostess and artist-in-residence Rachel Pierce to the screen with three local celebrities to compete in categories about the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel, “Ding” the man, wildlife and other related topics.
Guest host Ken Jennings paid an emotional tribute to Alex Trebek during Monday night s episode of Jeopardy! Like all Jeopardy! fans, I miss Alex very much and I thank him for everything he did for all of us, said Jennings at start of the episode. Let s be totally clear nobody will ever replace the great Alex Trebek, we can honor him by playing the game he loved.
Trebek died in November after a battle with pancreatic cancer. His last episode aired this past Friday with a tribute to the longtime host.
Monday s episode was the first in more than 8,200 episodes to be hosted by someone other than Trebek.
He's been called one of the Greatest of All Time on "JEOPARDY!" and now Ken Jennings finds himself guest hosting the show while pulling double duty starring on another.
LOS ANGELES Jeopardy! will air its first episodes this week with guest host and game-show veteran Ken Jennings.
The show resumed production at the end of November with a series of interim guest hosts, producers said, following the death of longtime host Alex Trebek. Sharing this stage with Alex Trebek was one of the greatest honors of my life, Jennings said in a promotional video for Monday s show. Like all Jeopardy! fans, I miss Alex very much.
