Investigation say the driver of a big rig without a trailer slammed into another big rig parked on the shoulder. That driver was taken to the hospital. The other driver was not hurt. Police believe fatigue may have been a factor. The shoulder remains blocked while crews work to clear the area. A Violent Arrest in the east bay has some claiming police brutality.
