Crews working to clean up a Chemical Spill after a crash involving two big rig. Around 4 30 on northbound interstate 880 near the washington avenue onramp. Investigation say the driver of a big rig without a trailer slammed into another big rig parked on the shoulder. That driver was taken to the hospital. The other driver was not hurt. Police believe fatigue may have been a factor. The shoulder remains blocked while crews work to clear the area. A Violent Arrest in the east bay has some claiming police brutality. But the story doesnt stop there the real issue may be what happened after the cameras were turned off.
