UPDATE: Reigning ironwoman champion Lana Rogers has continued her dominant chase of back-to-back title glory after taking out Round 4 of the Nutri-Grain Series
The 24-year-old Alexandra Headland lifesaver extended her lead in the standings heading into the final two rounds after a strong display in the EnduroSurf race format at Kingscliff on Friday.
Harriet Brown was second with Newport’s Lizzie Welborn in third place.

Rogers said it was the off season endurance fitness that got her through Friday’s race.
