MANSFIELD - Roby-Foster-Miller-Earick is announcing its acquisition of Integrity Insurance Solutions, effective March 1.
John C. Roby, CEO of RFME, stated “We are extremely proud and excited to have Integrity Insurance join our firm. This move further strengthens our commitment to serve the benefits needs of individuals and businesses in the region.
Speaking for the sellers, attorney David Haring said, “The Freund family is pleased to see the agency ownership remain local; especially since it is with a firm for which Tom Freund had a great deal of respect.”
Integrity Insurance Solutions was formed in 2009 by Tom Freund and became one of the areas premier providers of health insurance and other employee benefits. He provided the leadership for Integrity until his untimely passing late last year.

Luckily for new minister Mitzi Dean, she is no stranger to child and family services. Prior to her election to the B.C. legislature in 2017, Dean was executive director for the Pacific Centre Family Services Association, an agency contracted by the ministry to provide services to families and kids.
Dean moved to B.C. in 2005 from the U.K., where she worked for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children charity. Prior to that post she worked 20 years on the child welfare and social services frontlines.
