Willmar businesses being asked to pull up temporary signs as emergency ordinance lapses; using public rights of way still allowed for next 60 days
The Willmar City Council is starting to pull back on the emergency ordinances put in place due to the pandemic. That ordinance has been extended another 60 days by the Willmar City Council, while an emergency temporary sign ordinance has been allowed to expire.
