Now that the warm weather’s here and we’re finally getting out and about, we have more places to read – from our beaches and parks to our yards, decks and porches.
Here are a few of my recent favorites for your summer reading pleasure. I’d love to hear yours.
“Blacktop Wasteland” by S.A. Crosby: Souped-up cars and car chases don’t usually turn up in my favorite books. But this gritty, edge-of-your-seat thriller is about so much more than cars. It’s about how far a tough guy with a soft heart will go to escape poverty and protect those he loves more than his life.
