The Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC), the youth wing of the Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has accused the apex organisation led by Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu and Dr Alex Ogbonna, of being complicit in the killing of youths in Imo State.
