Dudley overcomes slow start, downs Southeast Guilford 42-20

Dudley s football team may not have gotten off to the best of starts in Week 2, but the Panthers still looked comfortable in a 42-20 home win over Southeast Guilford on Friday.
Leading the way for Dudley (2-0) was senior running back Milan Summers, who had 18 carries for 99 yards (5.5 yards per carry) and three rushing touchdowns along with five catches for 37 yards and a touchdown reception.
Junior quarterback Jalen Slade was efficient throughout the night for Dudley, completing 17 of 24 passes (70.8 percent) for 202 yards and three TDs. His top target, senior tight end John Carlos Miller II, hauled in seven catches for 86 yards and a pair of touchdown grabs.
