The Company last published Mineral Resources and Reserves estimates for Orovalle as at September 30, 2019 in its annual information form dated December 20, 2019 (the 2019 AIF ).

Proven and Probable Reserves - approximately 3.4 million tonnes grading 2.78 g/t gold, 0.36% copper and 6.86 g/t silver, containing 307,000 ounces of gold, 27.6 million pounds of copper and 756,000 ounces of silver.
