For decades, working with MD Anderson Cancer Hospital, he’s researched the therapeutic effects of meditation and Tibetan yoga; and he’s the founding director of the Jung Center’s Mind Body Spirit Institute. Chaoul spoke with me sitting cross-legged on the floor of his wife’s family’s house in Costa Rica, where the family was quarantining.
