A Germantown man is in critical condition after he crashed his motorcycle into an oncoming Jeep on Route 9 in Red Hook on Tuesday. Police say Ben G. Ezzell, 35, tried to pass a dump truck on his motorcycle and slammed into the Jeep. The 75-year-old driver of the Jeep refused medical attention. The attorney for the family of a New Rochelle man fatally shot by police is asking the Westchester D.A. to unseal the grand jury records in the case. As News 12 has reported, 24-year-old Kamal Flowers was shot last June. Police say when they pulled over a car, Flowers, who was a passenger, fled from the vehicle. Authorities say Officer Alec McKenna was attempting to use his Taser when Flowers displayed a gun and was shot. A grand jury did not hand down any indictment in the case
