so that includes thinking about limiting the ways in which colleges can take account of students background, their wealth, their race and ethnicity, those are challenges that we ve seen going around the country, which is in some ways another aspect of this, which is how do we actually have a process that takes account of the kinds of ways in which tunes don t have the same advantages, when they re coming into the process. who fixes that, though? is that a presidential thing? is that ale fr federal thing? who looks at this holistically and say we get it, this is broken, here s what fixes look like. selective institution,cologists in this country, are a very small slice of higher education. it is important that they start this process, of really making sure in the way in which they are inviting students in and the way they re doing outreach and the way they re evaluating who should be in their schools, it is one that doesn t actually bake in things like legacy, things like wealth,
