My heart is breaking for that little girl, her sisters, the entire family. If that gun had been unloaded and locked, this tragedy would never had happened, Cathy Gilbert said.
Gilbert is a member of Women s Voices Raised For Social Justice and co-chairman of its Lock It For Love Program. We have gun locks available now at the four branches of the City Library. All a person has to do is walk in and say I need a lock, Gilbert said.
